Laura Pearce

Laura graduated from the University College of St Mark and St John Plymouth (Marjon) in 2004 with a BA (Hons) degree in Human Communication Studies. She has had 19 years experience working in the NHS as a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

She has experience of working with both pre-school and school aged children and young people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs in a variety of settings.

Laura had been working within the field of Autism for over 15 years and also has many years of experience working within a specialist Autism diagnostic service as a highly specialist SLT and is trained to carry out ADOS assessments.

She is currently working part time within the NHS in Bristol Autism Hub as the clinical lead for Autism within the SLT team.
